Besides a great Samsonite rollerbag I lucked into at TJMaxx, my best pieces are all Victorinox. This Tourbach Boarding Satchel is special. It's very classy, and even masculine, with a quality black fabric body and what looks like leather trim. There are two compartments. I can fit a 10.1-inch netbook in its sleeve and still have about 25% of the space left in the smaller rear compartment. The roomy main compartment has 4 zipper pockets on the inside walls along with a clip to hold your keys. Outside there are two zipper pockets, along with an open pocket that converts to an open sleeve to fit over some roll bag handles. There are two padded leather handles, along with a sturdy (and removable) shoulder strap with a pad. All hardware is heavy duty, and the zippers drip quality. In my opinion, and for my budget, this is first-class luggage. The bag easily fits under an airplane seat, but still has a reasonable carrying volume. I was able to use this as my only bag for one overnight trip...sans netbook. Not cheap, but shop around you can get one for much less than retail.
