I used it for the first time today and quickly learned it is too wide to be rolled down the aisle of a 737 (any Southwest flight), so I had to carry it by the handle. What is the point of having to carry a roller bag? Also, the zipper to open/close the main compartment is awkwardly near the front of the bag instead of in the center, so you really have to maneuver your items around the laptop compartment and back deep inside the main compartment - a little tricky if you are stowing something bulky and heavy. I really wish I could get my money back and buy something else.
