(More customer reviews)In the past two years, I have bought three separate Kenneth Cole luggage products, and I can say from experience that they are not worth the money. ALL three of my products have failed because of the stitching. I honestly believe that these guys have some manufacturing problems.
The stitching on this particular product started to come apart in the carrying handle. Also on one of the side pockets, the one that can carry toiletries, the pockets are poorly constructed and will inevitably fall apart. If you're looking for something that looks nice, this tote does the job. But if you also want to buy something that will last long, I would stay away from Kenneth Cole products.
If you are seriously considering buying this tote, you could save yourself some money and buy something from K-Mart instead, because that's how crappy the quality is on Kenneth Cole bags. I'm currently trying to get warranty replacements for my issues, I at least hope they'll come through on that.
