(More customer reviews)I purchased this set about 2 months ago and have already used it several times on business trips and will use it again in a few weeks for vacation. It is very distinctive. I can find it easily on the baggage claim carosels in the airports and have even been able to see it being loaded on the plans. I get compliments on it all the time. It is very durable and cleans up well. I banged a bag against the wall and it dented on impact but bounced back immediately. I wipe the bags down with regular kitchen cleaner after every trip and although there is is some surface scratching, grease from the airport equipment comes off easily and there is no permanent staining. The bags are roomy, although the smallest bag in the set is small for a carry on and the middle sized bag is too big for carry on but otherwise the set is well worth the price. It's a great set!

(More customer reviews)This luggage set, though lightweight, seemed flimsy & unlikely to hold up to rough airport handling. Plus it arrived scratched and with a front panel coming loose (poorly packaged by the company, and stitching had unraveled from the panel). So I sent it back and opted instead for a similarly priced Samsonite set, which I'm quite happy with in terms of durability, appearance and space.

(More customer reviews)After paying for excess weight on my bag at check-in numerous times---and having our old luggage break open not only on the baggage claim carousel--but also at AMTRAK check-in----I made the command decision that it was time to update. My criteria was quality-sturdy-lightweight -luggage. Price was not an issue--I was willing to pay more--if the value was there for me. I found exactly what I was looking for in the HEYS Quad series---I bought 2 sets (6 pieces) for approximately $900. They were originally priced at over $1k each (set)---a savings of approximately $1200. The only issue in the entire purchase was that I ordered the luggage in black--and one of the pieces (the carryon)--turned out to be silver. So we have 5 pieces in black--one silver---this is just attention to detail for the person who is putting the order together! We are very happy with the purchase and would recommend this to others--except I would add that people not wait as long as we did to replace our old, worn-out set!

It is expensive and each time I come back from trip, it is gouged and has black marks all over it. This last trip, the aluminum support covering end of handle was partially ripped from the suitcase. The aluminum part is actually split. I love the design...but the product is not made well in comparison to the high cost. I originally planned on getting entire set - definitely will not do that.

(More customer reviews)This luggage set is beautiful. I bought it for a three-week trip in India (staying in five-star hotels, so the luggage wasn't mistreated on the back of a rickshaw or a camel!). I took three of the pieces: the two largest and the carry-on bag. Within 11 days into our trip, though, the handle came off on one side of the smaller of the two pieces. American Flyer has a five-year warranty, but there are all kinds of disclaimers. I'm hoping they do the decent thing and replace this bag. I have to go to the trouble of shipping it to them, though.

Coleman Sedona 100% Polycarbonate 3-Piece Expandable Spinner Luggage Review

(More customer reviews)I now have three of these sets, one set for each member of my family. These cases are very sturdy and well designed. Love that all three pieces have four wheels each, not just the bigger pieces. I managed to obtain one yellow set and two browns. The yellow is easy to spot and the browns are a beautiful chocolate brown. Everything about this set is sturdy--the wheels, the hard case, the handles and so forth. The seller did a great job with the shipping. Arrived as scheduled. The built in TSA lock is nice, but came with no instructions. I found instructions on the internet and YouTube. The only loss suffered in upgrading from soft sided to hard sided is that there are no pockets on the outside to stuff last minute stuff in. I don't think I will have a problem getting over that!

(More customer reviews)I purchased this luggage for a trip to Europe. I received many compliments throughout my journey on the bold color and pattern, even by airline attendants who see countless luggage daily. Based on style I'd give it a 5 star rating. Its lightweight material is great for packing, since it weighs almost nothing and helps to stay within weight limits.
Unfortunately the fun pattern doesn't make up for shoddy materials. After its first flight the suitcase was very scuffed and dirty, but arrived in one piece. BUT on the return flight home, one of the wheels dented, badly. This made it very hard to tote a heavy suitcase through the airport, and very noisy.
Before my next trip 6 months later, I brought it to a luggage repair shop to have the wheel replaced...unfortunately this luggage does not have a feature to remove the wheel for replacing. I had to dispose of it after 1 round-trip vacation. A HUGE waste of money!

(More customer reviews)I really love the look and the weight of the luggage but it is not scratch resistant. I got the white set. I took it on vacation and had to get a majic eraser to take out all of the scuff marks. The good news is, you have that option which you wouldn't have with the blue or even a silver set. It cleaned up pretty good, but I fear that the areas where I had to scrub have lost all of the protective coating and the scuffs may not come out next time.

It's absolutely gorgeous in person (there is no pink colored bag so I'm not sure why the photo shows one). The 3 suitcases are nicely sized, however a heavy packer like myself filled up all three quickly (I tend to over pack smh). The set was so attractive we ordered a second set too....we figured having to sets was a long term investment (we have lots of flights in our future :). The set is wonderful, no complanints!

Size:
It is soooo roomy inside. I didn't expect the unit to be as big as it is but is perfectly sized. It was able to hold my Macbook Pro, a textbook, two notebooks, and a supplement with tons of room for more. I love the compartments inside.
Appearance:
Hard shell with a pretty print on the outside.
I would definitely recommend.
