(More customer reviews)I now have three of these sets, one set for each member of my family. These cases are very sturdy and well designed. Love that all three pieces have four wheels each, not just the bigger pieces. I managed to obtain one yellow set and two browns. The yellow is easy to spot and the browns are a beautiful chocolate brown. Everything about this set is sturdy--the wheels, the hard case, the handles and so forth. The seller did a great job with the shipping. Arrived as scheduled. The built in TSA lock is nice, but came with no instructions. I found instructions on the internet and YouTube. The only loss suffered in upgrading from soft sided to hard sided is that there are no pockets on the outside to stuff last minute stuff in. I don't think I will have a problem getting over that!

Ricardo Beverly Hills Coronado 5-Piece Luggage Set Review

(More customer reviews)Bought these from a different online retailer, that showed the retail price as around 400$ and that they were having a MayDay sale (fortunately free returns from there). They're going right back tomorrow. They are not technically RBH...the tag on them says Coronado, BY Ricardo Beverly Hills (not the traditional Ricardo tag). The handle is flimsy and of the same quality as a set of luggage we got 10 years ago at our wedding that pulled out of the suitcase on the first trip. The color is nice, and the multitude of sizes is nice, but the quality isn't even close to normal RBH luggage. They're about on par with a midpriced set from Walmart or Target - nothing special. They'd probably work for someone who didn't travel much, or who didn't haul a lot when they do. I'd rather own 2 well made RBH Capistranos than 5 of these suckers.
I'm a regular amazon shopper, and I hunted and hunted for a review on these before I purchased them - I found none. I hope mine helps you avoid the hassle of returning the set.

First off, I was so attracted to the GREEN color. Than it was the FREE SHIPPING! Everything here in hawaii is OUTRAGIOUS Where we live on Kauai. So, I LOVE amazon on a side note, because of their free shipping!
This is NOT a hard case, it's more of a shell sort of... you can sit on it, but it will dent down. I LOVE this luggage! I have used it on 3 trips now, with traveling between 2 airports EACH trip, so LOTS of banging around. It still looks great, still works great, and shipped immediately! I ordered on a Monday, and I got it Thursday! I got compliments in every airport and people with their tacky cloth older style luggage looked at mine in envy... VERY easy to see coming off the carosel. AWESOME item, and Im back to buy 1 more for my son! You wont be disapointed!

(More customer reviews)I really love the look and the weight of the luggage but it is not scratch resistant. I got the white set. I took it on vacation and had to get a majic eraser to take out all of the scuff marks. The good news is, you have that option which you wouldn't have with the blue or even a silver set. It cleaned up pretty good, but I fear that the areas where I had to scrub have lost all of the protective coating and the scuffs may not come out next time.

(More customer reviews)I bought luggage almost every year. I have stopped using the non-spinner luggage after I used my first spinner a year ago. This year, I decided to try out the "hardshell" spinner. I bought Caribbean hardshell spinner because I like the features of the design. This luggage went with me for 2 week travel in Europe. It went in and out of 7 differetn flights and came back absolutely in good shape. My repacking job was made easy on the trip because the luggage compartments were very funcitonal in every inch. It's easy to rearrange and add items. I also like its modern exterior design and color. The only slight inconvenience was that I needed to remember to open the luggage from the left side instead of right side because the left side has a completely zipped cover to prevent small items from falling out. But, it was not a big deal. I love this funcitonal and sturdy spinner.

(More customer reviews)Not only is this luggage super adorable, and the cutest pattern I have ever found for luggage, it is very functional. I traveled with the carry on size for three weeks and it held so much stuff! The 360 wheels make airport traveling a breeze (you can turn it and roll it down the skinny walkway in the airplane) and it's really fun to roll and maneuver. Although on the downside (this is why it only 4 star) the luggage surface scratches easily. :( There is a plastic coating over it so the color doesn't scratch but the plasticy stuff peeled off in some spots. i'd also like to say too that I was doing some pretty rough traveling with it lugging it on some uneven streets in Seattle, so that also had a big part in it. Overall this luggage set was super useful and because you have storage on both sides of the bag it makes organizing really easy! I highly recommend buying this. I guarantee you will get loads of compliments as you walk with it! Happy travels!

(More customer reviews)At first I thought it was fantastic. Used to fly down to Lima, got to Lima, luggage in great shape, a little scuffed up, but no real damage. On the way back from Lima I was selected for additional screening in Houston. Well, I reach down to place my luggage onto the conveyor belt for screening and the handle popped right off in my hand. It was not packet heavy, it is just that the handles suck. This was on the large piece. On the small one it about to break next time I use it. If you buy this, consider it disposable, one use and throw away. If I had to do it all over again, I would have bought something different.

Amazon got these to us immediately and we ARE very happy with their service-The problem was the luggage is NOT study at all. First day on our trip the metal label feel off (leaving 2 open holes) and it appeared as if it were in a battle just from jiggling around in transport. I did receive immediate attention from Amazon.com and it was greatly appreciated. My final thought, if you are buying for appearance and durabliity stick with the nylon type of luggage and stick with Amazon because they made our bad circumstances good again!

(More customer reviews)I was really excited when I received my two spinner suitcases, but quickly realized that I had made a mistake. I used both my 21" and 24" spinners on two separate trips (they were NOT checked) and both now have a broken wheel. I contacted the company to see if the warranty covered the broken wheel, and it does not, nor do they sell wheels. I cannot use the product with a broken wheel because it is too difficult to maneuver, so this purchase has ultimately been a waste of money. Traveler's Choice was not helpful whatsoever and did not offer any suggestions for repairing the suitcases. These spinners are cheaply made, their warranty is a joke, and their customer service is horrible.
