(More customer reviews)When I pulled this handbag out of the box, I was blown away by the vibrant colors on this Beach Stripe handbag. I have used The Sak handbags before but this bag is by far the most beautiful! It also has the helpful zippered pocket in the front, which I have not had on my previous Sak handbags. The wide strap is also easier on the shoulder than a more narrow strap. The handbag is slightly larger than in the description which was fine with me.

The SAK Fernwood Tote Review

(More customer reviews)I really like this bag for the size and the functionality, but I do think it has some problems. I dont like bags without a zipper, thats my latest pet peeve, I have lost many things in the past because I bent over and it fell out of my bag.
My second issue, which is my biggest is that the leather is slippery and the straps ALWAYS slide off of my shoulder.
It is a bag I really wanted to like because otherwise it is perfect. I have been seeing this bag in many colors at local close out stores at a cheaper price, so shop around for the best price.

(More customer reviews)This is the sleekest and most comfortable cross body bag I have. I thought it would be too big, but it is just right for my cards,chk.book,keys and a few other small items. The top zipper can unzip down one side if you need to put more in. I have also carried my camera in it with everything else. The bottom is slightly rounded and that gives me more confidence that my items are secure. It also will stay upright when placed on a surface, whereas my others just flop down on their side. Has full length side pockets but you can't tell by looking at it. That's what makes it sleek looking. Strap is just right and all leather. I purchased the black but will get one in brown too. They also sent a little bottle of leather cleaner which was a nice touch.

Kipling Eldorado Small Shoulder Bag Review

(More customer reviews)I loooove this bag. I spent days looking for a small cross-body bag that would fit my phone and a few other items. Despite the price, I decided to purchase this one, and I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised when I started using it.
It holds everything I need without getting heavy or bulky. The zippers and velcro closures seem very sturdy. The strap is wide enough to not hurt my neck or shoulder and it is very easy to adjust. The bag sits comfortably on my hip (or on my lap if I'm sitting) and it doesn't get on the way.
In the front zippered bag I put my HTC Incredible with case and a pack of tissues. My phone is easily accessible and I have no problem retrieving it when it rings.
In the front pocket I put my wallet and keys. Also very easy to reach.
The back zippered pocket is large enough to fit a small planner, two small containers with hand cream and hand sanitizer, a pack of gum, a pocket mirror, a lipgloss, and my sunglasses. This pocket is not very easily accessible because the zipper is behind the shoulder strap, but I don't mind because I only need this items occasionally.
The middle pocket is designed to hold cards but I don't trust it because it doesn't seem very secure (that's why I use my wallet instead). I use this space to hold a usb stick, an ipod nano and earphones, a pen, and other random items that I rarely use like coupons and wipes.
The only con is that it doesn't have a secured pocket for small items like earrings or loose change.
The color in the picture of the "true blue" is deceiving. I was expecting it to be a bit brighter and slightly washed out, but it's a very dark blue, almost black. It's a pretty color, but it looks more "formal" than what I expected. I suggest you google the name and color to see what it really looks like.
Bottomline: this is a very useful and cute bag.

Kipling Canyon 30" Wheeled Duffel Bag Review

(More customer reviews)The handle sheared off in baggage handling. Kipling will not sell me a replacement unit which I could easily fit myself. They will only sell to repair shops. I've been quoted $70 for a generic fix by two stores in Las Vegas. The Kipling recommended repair service in NYC would no doubt be will over $100 with shipping. The handle unit probably costs a couple of bucks in China. So the choice is to get stiffed on a repair, or throw away a $250 bag. In the meantime I bought a generic copy on ebay for $29, which is well made. Apart from this, the bag did hold a lot although it doesn't stand up which is really annoying.
