Stitching is tight all-around; I couldn't find a single loose thread end, inside or out. Leather is smooth, uniform, and tightly bound. The outside zipper is all metal and the studs found on the nameplate, handle, and zipper "grabs" are polished and solid through and through. This clutch also looks and feels smaller than one may expect given its dimensions (1 x 4.2 x 8 inches ; 2 pounds). The wallet itself came in a stylish, tight little package perfect for gifting.
Again, quality product at a decent price. No regrets here.
