(More customer reviews)I have a 16' laptop and had trouble finding a bag that would fit it after my old bag started to fall apart. I found this one and liked its appearance and the reviews I read on other sites enough to give it a try.
My laptop is a litle snug in it, sometimes I need to pull the edges to fit it in or pull it out. I also wish there was more protective padding around the laptop but I'm still glad it fits well enough.
The rest of the inner-bag is a pouch area where you can easily fit your charger. It also has two sleeves attached to the inside where I put things like highlighters and usb drives. On the outer wall there is space for a couple of pencils, your phone and a transparent sleeve for a drivers license or id card, which I didn't find too helpful.
As a graduate student, I have enough trouble carrying my books around, I would prefer to keep everything else to a minimum. I would have appreciated an extra zipped area or compartment where I could place papers or put my wallet and have them be easily accessible. But that might not be relevant for someone who just needs to carry their laptop and some odds and ends.
Overall, it's an attractive bag that has more than enough storage options for the average user, has gotten me a few compliments and one that I would definitely recommend.
