I can live with that but and when I sought repair or replacement it took me six weeks and six separate calls to get Delsey respond and standby their warranty. That ticked me off more than the failure of the product. So what can you expect from this Delsey? When I sent this to Delsey via their local agent in Atlanta, the wheels had collapsed, the handle had come off and the stitching was coming apart. This piece of luggage warranted replacement under Delsey's "limited lifetime warranty" BUT what a huge hassle... Delsey is not recommended unless you have more patience than I do.
