(More customer reviews)My husband and I bought two of these, one orange, one blue, for our adoption trip to China just over a year ago. We have since travelled fairly extensively with these bags. They are very roomy, and I love the multiple pockets. I usually stash our raincoats in one of the outside pockets, both to help protect the contents from rain, and for easy access. Smaller exterior pockets are great for travel umbrellas, bathing suits for a last minute swim, etc. The bags are easy to pull, and as long as you pack the bottom well, they stand easily on end. Until the trip from which we just returned, our only complaint was that they are a bit heavy, and because they are so spacious, the always end up over 50 lbs. Fine for car traveling, but no so much for airlines. On this trip, unfortunately, one of the plastic reinforcement rails on the bottom exterior separated from the bag. They attach in 3 places, and it separated in one spot. The divot apparently pulled through the fabric. Most likely reparable, and hasn't impeded use. Just a bummer. But we still love these bags. We don't use any of our other luggage anymore. These bags have taken quite a beating. Whenever we travel, we have to take at least 2 flights. These bags have been from NM to Hawaii, Scotland, and multiple times to New York. They are scuffed and look used, but really, there is very little wear, and only the one tear. When we purchased these bags, there were few alternatives that had more than just a couple of pockets. Now there seem to be more choices. I don't know for sure if we would purchase these bags again, as I would be inclined to look for something a little more lightweight.
