(More customer reviews)I was hoping to love this backpack as well as my old one. But, sad to say, the very first day at the airport, my husband picked it up by the top strap and it ripped. I really liked the padded compartment for my ipad and ereader. It wasn't over loaded with items although it is definitely smaller than I expected. Still I only paid less than $30 so I'll just attempt to mend it. I must say it felt great on, very well balanced with comfortable straps.
