(More customer reviews)hey, Kipling is the best... hard to go wrong, there. however, the company that sold it via Amazon... not so much. Two weeks from order to ship? Completely uninterested, un-invested Customer Service Reps. Got the item and it looked like 40 miles of rough road... not sure what the fullfillment center looks like, but the merchandise (although not damaged) certainly needed a good cleaning when I got it.
