I bought it specifically becuz of the coin purse part cuz he always has a lot of change. Also personalized it with his initials though they faded pretty soon after he got it. He liked it though I still had to remind him to take it with him. He lost it on a bus when we were on our honeymoon but it is a good gift.

(More customer reviews)I love the compactness of this wallet, with plenty of room to store credit cards and three slots for bills, or whatever. What I didn't like was the vinyl used on the inside of it, both in the coin compartment and in the credit card slots. That is the reason I had to replace it in the first place. The vinyl backing ripped in the coin compartment and the coins were slipping underneath the backing. I would gladly have paid more money to have the inside made of leather. It is a great design, but the vinyl really cheapens it.

Royce Leather Men's Bi-Fold Wallet w/2 ID Window & Zippered Compartment Review

First, the zippered change compartment is just not on a par with a proper change purse, which I can't seem to find in any men's wallet any more. It doesn't open wide enough to be able to look in and fish out the coins you need. Second, when you see the image of those tiered card slots, you might think that you'll be able to see and grab each of the cards easily. What's not clear is that the bottom 3 slots go to the same depth, so 2 of the cards will be hidden.

It has a divider in the bill section. It has four credit card pockets on the right. On the left side there are two credit card pockets and the contents of one pocket shows through the plastic cover. (More customer reviews)It's a simple leather bifold which has the advertised slots for your plastic (credit cards, insurance cards, club cards), a divided money section for your bills and the most important part to me: behind each side of the two plastic holder slots is ample space to stash whatever cards didn't fit in the main slots, stamps, etc. I use one of these spaces for my junk and stamps and the other I keep my transit pass in for easy access. There are no photo pullouts to show strangers 100 photos of your kids or any other bells and whistles to speak of. It's a plain simple leather wallet. It's nice for what it is and is a decent value. I wanted nothing more and nothing less, it's perfect for what I want and doesn't bulk up my pocket too much. The card slots are the right size so you can get your cards in it without forcing them in but they stay in place too and won't go flying out when you open your wallet.
The stitching on this wallet does not look like it's meant to last. I just got this wallet last week so I can't attest to longevity. I may update this review in a few months or a year to let you know how it holds up after daily use. By looking at this wallet I would not expect it to last much longer than a year or two. I don't consider this to necessarily be bad as it balances with the cost of the wallet itself. If it were a pricier wallet I would dock it a star or two for workmanship and quality. For the price though I give it five.

(More customer reviews)I purchased this item in black (also comes in brown) as a gift for my "impossible to buy for, incredibly picky" uncle. He hadn't had a wallet for 2 years because he just didn't want to go through the "breaking in" process he has experienced in the past.
He was thrilled to receive it. It is thin, flexible. high quality leather and has plenty of space. He especiallly loved the removable card case. The quality is even better than I expected and it is quite beautiful.
I was a little leary of purchasing from a company outside Amazon and had not heard of this vendor before but the item was beautiful and on time! I know sometimes people buy a wallet as a "cop out" gift, but this one is not a cop out!

(More customer reviews)When I first opened this wallet it was quite stiff, but I could tell it was quality leather. What surprised me was, even brand new with all my stuff in it, it is very thin. I barely notice it at all in my pocket. After two weeks it has gotten a nice warm color to it and become quite supple. Most importantly I think the stitching is tight enough and the leather quality high enough that I think it will last for quite awhile.
