(More customer reviews)I closed the zipper to the end and the middle came undone. I used the zipper pocket inside and it did the same thing. I did not over fill the bag so there was no stress. Both happened within the first hour I used it. The bag seems like nice canvas but the zipper was poor quality. Seller did not want to refund. i do not think I was being unfair with my request. I filed a claim and Amazon refunded in 2 days. I buy a lot from Amazon and I am very happy with their backing up of products they sell. Gives me confidence to buy with Amazon.
