(More customer reviews)I ordered this backpack for my 13 year old daughter. She chose it from all the others on the internet because of the design, pockets, and how comfortable the straps looked. She is really happy with all of these things on the bag. However, the small glued-on Roxy design that was on one of the straps came off the first day. I think it could have been sewn on and then it wouldn't have fallen off. It is in a bad spot because it is where the shoulders bend. Other than that this backpack is really great...my daughter says that it is very comfortable on her shoulders and she likes all the extra pockets...especially the mesh ones on the sides that zip up when you aren't using them.
