(More customer reviews)I just purchased this bag and I was very looking forward to it. But I am disappointed with it now. I bought the Ahoy pattern, which straps look more like dark/chocolate brown in the picture. I'd like to have a brownish bag because it will go well with most of my clothes. I also compared the Ahoy one with the black one to make sure it is not black. However, the actual color of the straps is BLACK, totally. I can't find it any brown under different lights. Very disappointed.
There is another issue.
The size is smaller than what I expected. It is said like these:

Made in ChinaThe actual product is smaller than 17"x11"x5". The actual dimension is 16"(top length)/13"(bottom length) x11"(height). The zipper length is the same as the bottom one. So IT IS BARELY THE LENGTH OF A MACBOOK. If you, like me, intend to use this bag to carry your laptop and letter size documents, just go to find another one! It is very annoying to put your laptop or documents vertically into the bag and turn it around (and do the reverse when you want to take them out.)
I really don't want to make all the fuzz to return shipped stuff. I always tried to find some reason to keep what I bought no matter how much I didn't feel so right. But this time, I think I will return it back.
