(More customer reviews)I just got this bag because my old one broke and it is very nice. Very heavy duty zippers, hardware and stiching. It's a little shinier than I'd like but that will fade soon enough. Also, it doesn't have inside small zipper pockets which are nice for securing small stuff. But it has some other nicer features. The shoulder strap is exceptionally designed with lots of padding, a nonslip surface to keep it on your shouler, and the attachments staggered on separate sides of the bag to keep it close to your body. And the laptop pocket is big and nicely padded whereas my old one was not. The way I treat my bag this will be valuable protection for my laptop. I looked at every one on Amazon and this was by far the nicest for the money, and of course buying directly from Amazon is the best.
