(More customer reviews)This was supposed to be a 2 pack bag tag. I only received one. I contacted the seller & they told me they would send me a second tag. I received the tag and 2 weeks later they charged me for another one! They charged my card another $11.99 because I "didn't return the incorrect item" I was never told to return the ONE bag tag to receive the correct order. Why would I return one bag tag when they forgot to send me two? All they had to do was send me ONE more.
