The reason I am returning it is that when it is packed with stuff, if you let go of the handle the whole bag tips over. It will not stand upright on its own. I already own a cheap carry-on bag with the same problem so I decided to splurge and get something of high quality that had the legs in the right place so it would not tip. This one tips even worse than my cheap bag from Target! I am very disappointed. Some other things: the color is very different than the picture. The "tan" is a medium brown, not light tan. Also, I agree with the reviews saying it is heavy even when empty. Fine for when rolling, but to go up the occasional staircase or broken escalator may be challenging for some. For the weight, you would expect a much larger bag that could hold more. This bag is made up of a million little compartments to hold phones and pens and computers and credit cards, etc, and all those holders add bulk and weight. There is not much room for anything else after all the holders and dividers. This bag would be perfect if it had fewer dividers and compartments and if the legs on the bottom were positioned so that the bag would stay upright rather than fall over.
