This tag is really big; I'm guessing it's about 3.5 inches wide and 4 inches tall at the widest/tallest points.
On the back, it has spaces to enter your name, address, city/state/zip, phone number, and email address.
The only difficult part is that the clasp is hard to undo at first. I don't think a child would be able to do it. It's very strait-forward - you just arch it and pull it out - but it takes some dexterity.
It seems to be made of very durable material. I doubt the clasp will ever break or rip off.
The $10 version on Amazon is the same, it just has Amazon Prime. It's the same product, though.
