(More customer reviews)while i think the weight and dimensions and otherwise design of this suitcase are OK, the zipper pulls are of such low quality, that one of them broke on its very first trip. this is just unacceptable. they are very cheaply made and you cannot replace them - you'd have to replace the entire zipper. i see no info anywhere on the amazon site re: warranties or repairs ?
