(More customer reviews)I was happy I got a luggage tag like this - I fly a lot and even if I only haul a carry-on, some planes still require my carry-on to be checked at plane side. This luggage tag proved to be very convenient for me - I can quickly identify my bag at the gate, grab - and go! I feel this product is worth the price - not too fancy, with a privacy flap so any personal information isn't in plain sight. Strap isn't too flimsy, I am pretty sure my bag has been tossed around planeside and the tag is still in good shape.

(More customer reviews)I thought that these tags were made of silicone. Turns out, it's actually made of cardboard. I doubt they will last long, once they are put to use for the intended purpose. Had they been silicone, they would be a lot more durable, I think. I bought a couple of these as a gift for someone we know who travels. When I got them in the mail, I had to go out and buy something else to put with it. The tags by themselves would have made a rather pathetic gift.

Based on the picture I thought I was receiving pink and black, which would match her luggage perfectly. However, I received this bright green and yellow...NOT WHAT I WANTED AT ALL. I believe the customer should have a choice on color!!! They shouldn't just send whatever they feel like sending! Not going to go through the hassle of sending back a product that only cost $8.99.
