(More customer reviews)i just purchased this bag from a store yesterday and thought i would give a review for everyone who is thinking about buying this bag. i got this bag in 'pink plaid' and i must say the colors in the picture dont do it justice, the actual colors of these bags are VERY vibrant and beautiful. the side pocket is absolutely great and can actually hold alot of stuff. i purchased the 'large' size of this bag and was IMPRESSED at how much it holds and how big this bag can get when filled up!!! im going on a one week trip to canada and really wanted something big enough to hold all my things, but small enough not to take up all the space in the van (im going with six other people in one small van!). this bag is perfect. im a bigger girl so my clothes are bigger im a size 18 in jeans and XL in shirts and this is all i could fit in the bag
- 6 pairs of jeans
- 7 pairs of socks
- 7 pairs of underwear
- 5 pairs of pajama shorts
- 2 pairs of sweatpants
- 4 bras
- 10 tee shirts
- 1 sweater
- 2 pairs of flip flops
- 1 pair of chuck taylors (shoes)
- hair curler
- hair straightener
- a 5' by 5' by 8 inch clear box (to hold makeup and jewelry)
- 1 bottle of shampoo
- 1 bottle of conditioner
- 1 can of hairspray
- 1 medium/large bottle of body wash
- 1 medium/large bottle of lotion
- 1 bottle of perfume (tall/cylindricle)
- 1 loofah
- 1 hairbrush
- 1 6 foot by 4 foot beach towel
THATS ALOT OF STUFF!! if you're looking for something to hold alot of things i recommend this bag.

High Sierra Deluxe Double Ski Bag Ski Bag Review

I was really disappointed in this bag when I opened up the packaging. I was expecting a fully padded bag, but it is only padded in about the middle 24" or so. I realize the Amazon description states that, but I bought this through another retailer which did not describe it as "partially" padded. (I'm reviewing it here, since the other retailer does not allow me to rate products on their website.) So, just be sure you understand what "partially" padded means. It means the majority of the bag is not padded, and is unstructured. The picture shows a nice, stiff rectangular bag, but it's really a floppy bag with some padding in the middle. The picture is quite deceptive.
Also, the bag is 185cm long, so if your skis are less than about 180cm in length, the skis will slide around inside the bag, thus rendering the padded part for the bindings useless. Mine are 165's, and when I picked up the skis, they immediately slid to the end and only one half of the bindings were on the padded part.
There are also useless straps near the ends of the bag. For some reason, the straps are so long, then even when fully cinched up, they still do not hold the skis in place. Plus the excess strapping (about 18") flops around dragging on the ground when holding the bag.
The strap used to hold the bag are also not ideal. Once again, the picture shows reasonably short strap, but when you actually lift the bag, the unstructured nature of the bag causes the length to become too long, which makes the bag unstable, especially since the skis are sliding around. My old bag had a very short handle and then a separate, adjustable shoulder strap. This in-between length handle is no good.
Lastly, about 10 minutes after putting my skis in and trying to open and close the zipper, the teeth of the zipper became misaligned, and ripped open. I had to struggle with the zipper to force it back to the end and re-close it. And even still, I can see that when the zipper teeth were sewn into the bag, it was not put on straight, thus causing the misalignment. The solution was to put a small piece of duct tape at the end to prevent it from opening up again, and not unzipping the bag to the end.
I'm going to keep this product and use it to store my old skis away in my garage. Let it become a dust collector. Do not recommend.

(More customer reviews)I bought this primarily for airline travel. Most airlines consider a ski bag/case plus a boot bag 1 item. But they don't count a ski bag/case plus a large suitcase 1 item. So I bought this to solve that problem. This boot bag is very spacious. I can stick my size 13 boots in there, plus my XL helmet with Goggles tucked inside the helmet. I stick my gloves inside my boots, my ski pants go on top of the boots, and my ski jacket goes in the outside pouch. Basically, you can get all your ski essentials into this small bag if you pack smartly. Also, it is ventilated nicely in case you stick moist/wet boots in there. Also, the shoulder strap is nice and comfortable for lugging this thing around.

(More customer reviews)This ski bag is great. It is well made and well padded. It survived multiple long flights.
Hold my nordic skis up to 195 cm up to 6 pairs and some nordic poles.
The only problem with this bag is the strap design. The straps are not centered from the tips to tails. This means the bag tilts or drops to to one end when being carried. Not a problem if the bag and contents are light but a problem if the contents are heavy and you have lots of luggage. Overall a great bag though.

High Sierra Deluxe Single Ski Bag Ski Bag Review

(More customer reviews)It has a good amount of padding around the side for skiis and poles. The ends have straps to tie town extra bag. Strap is solid.
Note that it doesn't fit ski boots (a helmet can be squeezed in), but still has enough space for the rest of ski clothing. Exactly what I wanted.
