This is a really nice cotton coated cosmetic bag. It's gorgeous and the zipper is sturdy and fine-looking, which you'd expect for the price. I think it's really expensive for what you're getting, though, nice as it is. However, if you want a fine-looking cosmetic bag that can go in your most elegant handbag, and is very light as well and not leather, this could be it, as long as you are willing to spend a bit.
The only negative I've found with this bag is that it is pretty deep for where the zipper ends--in other words, when you open it as much as possible, you still have to reach in and kind of search for things. The interior is a dark brown waterproof material that makes it hard to see what is in the bag.
Recommended, but a little expensive.
