I am happy with the bag so i did not send it back and i ordered it more for the organization inside the bag than for the outside decor. So i kept it. Hopefully the sender will be more careful next time. overall i am pleased with my bag.

I will say it here again, in regards to the previous comment by Angela, stating that this specific ECO Tools toiletry." bag was not being big enough to hold a pair of shoes," that's because it's an overnight toiletry bag not a garment bag.
If you read the dimensions on the bag it's very clear, "not misleading" at all.
Any sized toiletry overnight bag will never hold clothes or shoes.
I HAVE a few of these and they are not only gorgeous they're NON-TOXIC! YEAH! So to anyone else reading this, vinyl cosmetic cases may be cheep, and pretty but most are toxic, and recent studies show that some are even loaded with lead, and other nasty plastic chemicals. If you care about safe alternatives like I do, then this is the kind of line that's for you. I'm very glad I found these beautiful non-toxic cases that are very reasonably priced. I LOVE them!
