What I don't really like is the contrasting stitching on the bag.I prefered the smooth texture to the pebbled grain.
It has a magnetic closure,there is no zipper and so your things aren't secured from the top.
It is overall a very nice,convenient bag.

(More customer reviews)This was a big surprise coming from Case Logic. While apparently sturdy, it's very plain with little of the internal conveniences that mark standard suitcase manufacturers. Almost unusable if you're taking a multi-destination trip as it's little more than one big compartment. Could be more favorably compared to a hard sided duffel bag. Very disappointing for my purposes.

It is light, the zipper is good quality, and it pulls without falling over no matter how overstuffed. I will try some more of this Rick Steve line next time I need luggage. I also liked that the belt used to connect your handbag was permanently connected to the bag. I have lost all of them on my other bags.

(More customer reviews)I am so disappointed! This is the 6th Rick Steves bag I've purchased in the last 8 years. My first bag traveled dozens of trips internationally and domestically and lasted 6 years. Each bag since has been of lesser quality. One of the hard plastic corners fell off this 24" bag on it's first trip. I am returning it for a refund and looking for a different brand. I hope Rick Steves and company go back to the design and manufacturer of 8 years ago!
