(More customer reviews)Contrary to the name, these bags are not spill-proof. I put a tablespoon of water in each of the bags (large and small), zipped it, tipped it upside-down, and watched the water stream out, a rivulet running from each end of the zipper. Yes, the zipper is covered down its length with a plastic skin; but at the two ends of the zipper, the zipper does not close tightly. Ridiculous. No way is this spill-proof.
I will keep the bags anyway, for use to organize my camera, phone, etc. inside my backpack and give them some protection from dust and damage (the bags are a durable plastic, at least); but for waterproofing, seek elsewhere. Magellan's ([..]) offers a waterproof bag that reviewers say can stand up to a rafting trip! -- runs $26, but at least it probably works as advertised.
