(More customer reviews)This is a fairly firm neck pillow. It doesn't seem to have the "give" that other brands of microbead pillows I've used in the past. It seems to be fine for someone with a smaller neck circumference. I would imagine that a larger person, or someone with a more muscular neck might find this pillow to be somewhat on the small side. A nice feature is its zip-off outer cover which can be laundered.
