(More customer reviews)This bag is beautiful, stylish, light, and the perfect size. I can fit my 14" laptop in there along with some books and other stuff comfortably. Even though it fits a lot of stuff, the bag doesn't look huge. I purchased the dark brown one ("Teak"), which I think is a beautiful shade of brown. I like the long chain/strap that comes in addition to the bag's normal straps. I don't actually use the longer strap, but I keep it on because the chain links are decorative and trendy. There are two zip pockets on the outside, one zip compartment on the inside of the bag, and two cell phone slots (more like one cell phone slot and one larger slot to put your iPod or wallet, etc.).
Now for the cons...after using the bag for about a week, the leather became noticeably dry and looked like it was cracking. I thought there was a defect in the bag, so I returned it and got another one, but the same thing happened. I ended up getting a leather conditioner, which made the bag look like new again. BUT it just keeps drying out, and I have to re-moisturize it once every two weeks or so. Also, the bag is very scratch-prone. I am very careful with the bag, but it scratches very easily. I saw this bag on display at Nordstrom and it was scratched up very badly, so I know it's not just me. But fortunately, most of the scratches become unnoticeable after putting the leather conditioner on it. This might just be a problem with the brown colored bag...when I looked at the other colored bags, it seemed like they had a different texture that is maybe more resistant to drying and scratching.
Bottom line: great bag, but high maintenance because you have to keep reapplying moisturizer/conditioner.
