(More customer reviews)This product is a piece of junk. I saved it for my Alaska Cruise I just compeleted. The limo driver, while I was watching, carefully loaded the suitcase into the trunk of the car...upon doing so one of the bottom legs popped off and couldn't be put back on. Needless to say the entire trip, with one leg snapped off, the bag would tip over (forward) because it was now like a 3 legged chair. And of course the Samsonite warranty is worthless because you have to send the suitcase back to them to have it repaired. Who's going to spend that type of money to box up a 29" suitcase, ship it to the factory. It will cost as much to ship it than to buy a new one. Which WILL NOT be a Samsonite product.
