(More customer reviews)I drove to a travel store to check this multi-function clock out and came away very disappointed. The instructions are difficult to read and do not provide sufficient explanation as to how to perform certain functions (e.g., currency conversion). There were no instructions as to how to change the batteries, let alone any description of the battery type. I called the 800 number listed on the box and learned that you need to remove two screws to access the batteries. I asked whether there were more detailed instructions on Eagle Creek's web site as to how to operate the device. I was told there were none. A final issue is that the icons on the buttons on the keyboard are difficult to read, even with reading glasses. I ended up not buying it.
