The handle is a huge plus, as I carry it with me to restaurants and movies to help with my horrible back pain. The ability to adjust the amount of filling is also great - I haven't seen another lumbar support that allows you to remove filling to customize it for your needs. Overall, I have tried many lumbar supports and this one fits the bill best.
