(More customer reviews)I bought this piece for my girlfriend to travel to Europe with. By the time she reached me, the fabric that covers the spine of the case was completely undone, and the casters seemed to be on the very brink of failing.
She's attempting to contact the supplier or the manufacturer to remedy the situation. I would love nothing more than to report in a follow-up that the suitcase is being replaced. Perhaps we got a bad one, or perhaps it doesn't stand up to even one trip.
I'll post the results of her warranty claim.
