(More customer reviews)I love this bag. Although the price here is far more expensive than Grand and Toy. Some proceeds go to a good cause so the cost is worth it. The bag has a ton of capacity and plenty of pockets. It holds a ton and feels like it if you need to carry it. The bag is a little bigger than I would like for airline travel but it does fit in the over head bin.
Two concerns. The handle is very flimsy. It wobbles and just feels "cheap". I'm not sure how it will hold up over time and I do plan to use it daily for school/work as well as use it for my carry on bag when traveling.
The second concern, is that the computer compartment has a strap that closes over when you put the lap top in. the problem is that the Velcro strip is very short so that you cannot close the compartment snugly, the computer moves around. It is well padded but I bought a lap top case to pack it in first as I was unsure how much shifting would occur in flight. A simple remedy for future updates would be to have the Velcro strip go all the way along the belt so that you can close it as tightly or as loosely as you want.
Other that those things this is a very good bag, a little on the large size and it will not fit under the airline seat. No problem in the overhead bin. For bus travel the bag is too big to be boarded in the passenger section of the bus and you need to stow it in the luggage compartment in the belly of the bus. Just a word of warning when you are packing.
For an everyday school/work bag this is great as it will hold everything you need and the price is very competitive with other brands. But the Amazon price, even the sale price is a bit on the high side. If you live near a Grand and Toy try there. I got mine for $109 Canadian.
