(More customer reviews)This a very attractive bag. It's suprisingly spacious. I was able to pack 5 days worth of clothes and more. The handle pulls out and retracts easily and smoothly. The wheels are quiet and smooth as well. I use it primarily for my trips, saving on baggage fee. It looks sturdy and feels that way as well. It is comfortable to be carried as a backpack. The shoulder straps are padded, and can be hidden when I decide to roll it instead. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase and will recommend it to my friends.
