(More customer reviews)I had this bag no more than 10 months before the metal piece to adjust the strap broke. It's such a shame that such a simple bag could brake so easily, which makes me wonder if the other security features like the metal strap or locking zipper is truly a secure system. The good was that it easily fit an iPad and doesn't attract much dirt. But with a broken strap, it is now useless
