(More customer reviews)Original Review: I looked at a lot of checkpoint friendly options before choosing this one. I do not regret my choice even though it could be improved upon. The slide in and out option for the laptop works and seems easier to me than splitting a whole backpack in half. No problems at security points in the US and international. It seems there should be more space INSIDE the bag and less in the laptop compartment. You can slide books or folders in the pocket with the laptop sleeve but then it is harder to remove and insert the laptop in security. The front has great organization pockets. I didn't want a large bag and this is small. Professional enough appearance I would carry it to work yet would also take it out while casually dressed. It's a versatile bag and definitely made checkpoints a little easier.
Revision: I have completely regretted this purchase as it keeps falling apart! First the water bottle compartment, then the main straps, I've had multiple repairs trying to keep this one alive. THat combine with the extra space int he laptop compartment and lack of space elsewhere, and I am already looking for a replacement.
