I bought this case through Amazon some few months back. The smooth satin look of the aluminum surface is nothing short of being attractive. It matches the laptop case of the same brand which i purchased also from Amazon even earlier. I'm absolutely pleased with the laptop case. Both are not cheap but i believe it would be a worthwhile investment. If you look good, you feel good. When you feel good, you'll do good ! For a 21" case, it actually offers larger storage volume than I expected and this is due to it's larger thickness. This does not present any problem for normal aircraft overhead storage compartments. However there are 2 areas in the design that need improvement. 1) the FreeWheel Zeroller does not roll as smoothly or freely as other 4-wheelers like my 21" Samsonite which I'm still using today. This is due to the smaller wheel size and low profile of the wheels in the ZH. When pushing vertically on it's 4 wheels, it tends to be unstable (unless you are carting it along a smooth and even surface like in some hotel lobby's marbled floor. It topples easily and often I found myself unable to control it well. The heavier the load we put in, the more unstable. Also because of it's low wheel profile and small wheels, the plastics frame which is an integral part of the wheel system gets eroded when I cart the luggage on just 2 wheels because it just kept rubbing against the ground. 2) the second problem, its handle release lever (press to release) takes up 2/3 of the hand holding area. The other 1/3 is the fixed area. When pull carting it on 2 wheels and at an inclined angle, it is so easy to "accidently" press on the release lever as it takes up 2/3 of the hand area, causing the whole handle to suddenly lengthen making the handling not so pleasant. You can imagine with our 4 fingers wrapped over the handle, 3 of these fingers are resting on the release lever and when you start to pull the luggage along ..... So overall it is a nice and tough case no doubt, but some design aspects fail to please, especially the area of stability and ease of handling/use.
