- Well made and durable product. Nice wheels and telescoping mechanism on the handle. Should last a long time.
- Added security of built in TSA combination lock, plus the material being essentially slash proof (vs a locked leather bag that could easily be sliced open)
- If you are looking for a "not a soft laptop bag", that gives a little added protection/security and is checkable but can also be carried on, this is a nice choice

- Not quite what I envisioned as a "hard sided" case - sides are rigid but are flexible to some extent; so not like an instrument or firearms case but will give similar protection under most conditions short of driving over it with a truck.
- It doesn't lock together like a clamshell - there is some flexibility from the zippered closure.
- Interior is a bit spartan, two zippered pockets, a mesh bag, laptop sleeve and a few slots for papers. Didn't ding the product because I can't come up with a thought for what would be better. However if you are used to soft sided cases, with their many sleeves, pockets and holders this is not it.
- Although it might diminish the aesthetics of the case, an exterior pocket would be handy. As it stands now you can't open the case vertically without potentially spilling the contents. So if you are in an airport and need to screen your laptop then get it back in the bag, kind of a pain as you need to find a surface and lay the bag out horizontally to open and close.
