(More customer reviews)I bought this case to haul all my teaching stuff around campus. I have a good 10 minute walk over sidewalks between two of the classes I teach and have been using it for 3 months. Here is my evaluation:
Good
Very spacious inside compartment The top folds over twice, then the handle sticks through the two flaps and it clicks shut with two buckles.
Large front pocket, fits my netbook.
Smaller "organizer pocket" in front for pens, pencil.
Very stable, the wide stance means it does not tip over easily.
With handle down it is stable standing on its own.
Handle is sturdy.
The biggest compartment is very stiff, so it is easy to root around in it and look for stuff.Bad:
The file folder holders (which are detachable) are useless. You can hang maybe 3 file folders on them, they always come off and they take up a lot of room.
The wheels are plastic and loud when rolling across concrete (even the polished concrete indoors).
Skate type wheels would have been better.
The handle only clicks into place fully down or fully extended.
Ugly:
I hate how you have to put both flaps down and close the buckles in order to pick it up by the handle because the handle is attached to one of the flaps. Not sure how else they would design it though.
Overall this works for me, but if you are dragging it on uneven surfaces I would look for one with skate type wheels.
