Upon opening, the top button broke off both of the two which
I purchased for my two granddaughters. There was not enough time
to replace them before Christmas. However, the company
did refund the full purchase price by crediting my Amazon
account & subsequently my credit card, within three days of
my contact with the company - - an excellent company with
which to do business, especially if the product is defective.
