(More customer reviews)I purchased this tote for an extended trip abroad. I was impressed with the organization, lots of pockets, and the smaller size fit perfectly in the overhead bin. I noticed the main zipper began to catch on the binding of the tote itself. The zipper would stick, the tape would stretch out and the problem became increasingly worse. I was in Europe and had no way to return the tote to Amazon before the end of the 30 day grace period. When I returned home, I shipped the tote to Eagle Creek for repair or replacement under the lifetime warranty. I wanted to keep the tote because it was the perfect carry on. Eagle Creek promptly shipped me a brand new tote. Any company can have a defective product slip through quality control. It is their excellent service that keeps me buying Eagle Creek products. The matching piece of luggage I purchased at the same time performed flawlessly.
