(More customer reviews)I purchased the item to use as a carry-on for domestic travel. The bag is short and very bulky. The straps on the backpack are attached the pack in kind of a weird place so when you wear it as a backpack it pulls under your arms. If you loosen the straps it hangs to much and still cuts in. I purchased the Kenneth Cole wheeled pack and it was a much better strap configuration.
