(More customer reviews)My criteria for a work bag was one to hold a water bottle and coffee travel mug in side pockets, a front pocket to hold my car keys without digging for them, a separate front pocket for my work badge and room enough for my lunch and "whatever". There is a separate pocket inside to hold my lotion, wallet and essentials. THIS bag does it all!!! I was concerned after the review about the short handles - not to worry! The handles are the same as my other totes - I have enough room with my coat on. I got the graphite in color and had it embroidered to personalize it and couldn't be happier. If I could change or add one thing - I would like padded straps. A+ recommend highly.
