(More customer reviews)I travel a couple of weeks a month, this luggage has great quality. Fabric and zippers both very durable. I have a 3 year old model carry-on of this Graphite series. I checked it and when it came off the luggage return a wheel had snapped off. I called to get a replacement part and they sent me an entire new model as they had identified the wheel as defective. Maybe a year old model I'd expect, not 3. That is fantastic customer service.
