(More customer reviews)I purchased this luggage set as a gift for my wife. The set looks great and had great reviews from ebags.com the seller. I chose to order it from Amazon since the shipping was free. The reviews on ebags.com were very high. After about 4 months of use on the 21" travel bag the handle is now broken loose. The bag has seen heavy travel use about but I wouldn't expect the handle to fall apart so soon. It shows the overall quality of materials is low. Other then looking great I can't give this luggage set high marks due to the low durability.
