We scuba dive and were able to fit two regulators in it, magazines, lunch, all our travel docs, etc. It fits under the seat (at least it fit under American Airlines seat). It is easy to organize your stuff with all the pockets on it. I loved not having to carry my carry-on everywhere but I could just roll it everywhere it was great. I highly recommend this product and we will purchase another for my husband.
